Milk bags offer a 75% reduction in material versus standard polypropylene bottles.

JUGIT has been designed and developed for Dairy Crest by 1HQ Product and RPC, to provide consumers with an easy to use milk dispensing system. Simply place a milk bag into the JUGIT and secure in place with the one action clamp. When the lid is closed the integral spike automatically pierces the bag — so no need for scissors. The milk can then be poured accurately and without spillage or leaks.

The design language is contemporary, with a visual brand language suitable for the category — a new aesthetic, but one designed to be familiar to consumers.

JUGIT was launched nationally by Sainsbury's in 2010 and has so far saved 117 tonnes of packaging or 102 Mini Coopers!
